This is one of my new favourite places to go in the main Riviera area. I have travelled extensively to this part of Mexico and this hotel hits it all, but is larger if you have an aversion to walking.

The property is beautiful, families have access to the Kidsdom (kids club) so that you can enjoy dinner and entertainment without children. Entertainment is great for both parents and children, there are many pools and water park on premises.

Muy buen hotel con muchas comodidades. El servicio al cliente excelente. El único inconveniente es el tema de los horarios de los bares. Todos cierran muy temprano y solo hay uno abierto en la zona de adultos, algo nada conveniente para un viaje familiar. Otra crítica sería el restaurante italiano, la calidad de la comida no refleja la calidad que brinda el resto del hotel.

everything was terrific. the only feedback I would give is the family-side restaurants are very, very, very noisy. Add some plants, curtains, cushions, ceiling tiles, table separators to quiet the noise. Also please, please, please post signs do not feed the fish. We saw people feeding them ice cream.? and a dead fish one day.

Just got home 2 days ago and writing this LONG review is my way of saying don’t want the vacation to end. We stayed here as a family of 4 (4.5 & 7) for 5 nights. We booked through Expedia 7 months ahead, nature view suite without family concierge. Here is our experience and how we feel about this AI resort. Prearrival: About one week prior to our stay, Paradisus sent us a welcome message and pre arrival form through Expedia and a concierge messaged us to welcome us. We asked for restaurant reservations and they were arranged. Arrival: We got to the resort around 10:30am. There is no room available that early but we could leave our luggage and enjoy all the resort amenities, food, pools, kids club and restaurants. Our son had gotten really sick on the plane ride there. He took a long nap in the check-in lobby area with my husband. Edwardo from the guest service took our phone number so he could let us know when our room would be ready. He also sent us the weekly activity through WhatsApp. They checked on us multiple times to see if my son was ok and apologized for couldn’t get the room ready sooner for us. We got our room around 2pm. This whole time my daughter and I walked around the resort and enjoyed our fresh coconut, tacos at Blue Agave and small treats from the check in lobby. Room: We booked a garden view suite, they gave us a pool view suite. It made no difference to us. I think they did that bc a pool view room was ready sooner. They were ready to send the sick kid

The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. The room was beautiful, clean, and offered stunning views. I particularly enjoyed the benefits of the family concierge and our personal representative was amazing. I also loved the on-site amenities, especially the pool and spa. They also had events and activities for the little ones to enjoy such as live shows and games. They also had a place for parents to drop off their kids which was awesome. They do activities with them and actually take them around the resort to engage in various activities and attend events. I would definitely return to Paradisus on my next visit—I can’t recommend it enough!
