A couple of km north of the main commercial area, hotel had nice roof pool and a simple breakfast. There were a few parking spots. My room was very basic and somewhat dark (window looked on to a corridor). Price was fair for PDC --- plus a good taco place opposite.

The room provided was completely decrepit. I find it astonishing that any employee would be comfortable putting a guest in that room. After a long day of traveling. We arrived at the room and the sheets were dirty with yellow stains and blood, the room was so humid the walls had black mold including in the bathroom. The towels provided were also dirty so much that at night i even decided to go buy a towel. Do yourself a favor don't stay here

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Punta Esmeralda! The staff was friendly and helpful, it was IMMACULATELY clean, comfortable and a great spot! Playa Punta Esmeralda was a 5 minute walk away and a beautiful beach! The little market across the street was great for snacks and drinks. 5th Ave was only a 50 peso taxi ride away. GREAT spot for the price! If you're looking for a wonderful 'boutique' hotel for your stay, this is the one!!

This hotel should not be offered as a three star hotel. We left after the second night and booked another hotel that was about 100 times better and it was also rated three stars. This was an awful place - dirty and noisy
