Un hotel hermoso, la estética y el concepto que manejan son espectaculares, cuentan con la playa más linda que he visto, desde que llegamos nos hicieron sentir como en casa, una bienvenida y un trato muy ameno por el equipo de recepción, nuestra habitación era muy cómoda y agradable, la comida era excelente, varias opciones muy deliciosas en todos sus restaurantes y a muy buen precio, así como sus bebidas muy variadas. Por otro lado el servicio del personal fue increíble, muy amables y serviciales en todo momento, hicieron esta experiencia muy agradable. El Spa fue maravilloso, fue muy relajante el trato por parte de los masajistas fue muy agradable y los servicios que ofrecen son excelentes. Sin duda es un lugar muy acogedor para relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de sus instalaciones.

Our recent overnight visit to Maya Tulum by G Hotel was truly delightful. Right from the start, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of, making our short escape a memorable one. We arrived early in the morning, well before the usual check-in time of 3 pm. However, Ricardo, a friendly member of the staff, made sure we could settle in early, allowing us access to our room by 11 am, which was a pleasant surprise. Throughout our stay, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. They took great care of us, ensuring that our needs were met and that we had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, with every detail carefully attended to. We especially enjoyed the private jacuzzi, which was clean and set to the perfect temperature for relaxation. Ricardo kindly showed us around the area, making sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Although our visit was short, it left a lasting impression. We're already planning our next trip back with our 2-year-old son and my wife. As owners of a travel agency in Paris and Miami, we'll definitely be recommending Maya Tulum by G Hotel to our clients, knowing they'll have a fantastic experience. Overall, our time at Maya Tulum by G Hotel was characterized by excellent service, cleanliness, and tranquility. We're looking forward to returning to this wonderful destination soon.

The concept of this place is nice, but there is so much seaweed that it is almost unswimmable (although not their fault by any means, but we had no idea it’d be like that) Drinks and food was extremely overpriced at the beach club. Waited almost 12 mins for them to Make me a margarita and get a beer. Restaurant is only open for 3 hours/day for breakfast and the food was not great. The room was nice though. But I would not return

Good place with a nice view, but pricey.
The place was amazing and relaxing. Lighting in the place is really low, probably for the wildlife in the area, so be sure to bring a flashlight or headlamp if you want to find anything inside after dark. Also, check the pricing for the minibar as the half bottle of meh champaign is over $100US.

SCAM- DONT WASTE TIME / $$
This place is a facade of a luxury hotel. Massive waste of money. You arrive and are initially impressed, but the staff couldn't possibly care less. The beds are uncomfortable, the hot tubs are cold, the beers are warm. We arrived at the bar for dinner and some drinks and the staff all stood up and walked out, took us begging for them to bring us a couple cocktails and a burger. Room service doesn't exist, they'll take your order then never show up. I decided to stay in Tulum an extra night- got a room at the teetotum for 1/4 the cost and the service and comfort were far superior.

Over priced for what it is….
The staff is friendly, but they are severely understaffed, and many of them require additional training, particularly the waiters at their restaurants. Our stay had some issues, such as the non-functional "mini pool." While they offered to switch our room the next day, the replacement was smaller and not as nice. Additionally, the immediate decision was required, potentially disadvantaging another couple. The claim of being "eco-friendly" seemed undermined by inefficient AC and the necessity to use bottled water due to saltwater concerns. The unaddressed issue of a boiler with a rotten egg smell for hot water was a notable oversight. (This I forgot to mention to them) Despite being advertised as a tranquil place with yoga, loud music from the beach club next door contradicted this, although it didn't personally bother me.
