Location is great, ADO bus station right across, R1 bus to Hotel zone around the corner, convenience stores within the block. But room is shabby, towels may be clean but are dirty white in color already, sheets have tear, bathroom door doesn’t close properly, wall designs need a new look. Posted photos are enhanced to look nicer but the real thing needs a lot of improvement.

We booked the property for a one night stay enroute to Merida. We chose it to be close to the ADO bus station. The location was perfect in this regard. Right across the street! A modest, older hotel but suitable for our purpose. All staff were great!

There’s a molds inside the room and the air conditioner is leaking water inside the room, I ended up developing skin allergies due to the last molds inside the and staying a week with molds developed all the skin allergies I had, flew back to the US with all the allergies and itches

The hotel is located right across the street from the bus terminal and this is exactly what I needed. I was able to walk a few steps and catch my bus. The area is busy and there are people walking at all times, which made me feel safe. It’s simple and clean, perfect for a one night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would consider staying again.
