We had trouble getting basic products for the room, like ustensiles and soap. The room was very very noisy. Curtains were ripped and window cracked. The room was cleaned once, in 12 days.

Highly recommend staying at this property. The place is clean and very welcoming. The only downside is the parking area is kind of awkward. Overall, we had a great stay here. Would come here again!

“I would not recommend this place. The photos are extremely misleading. My room had mold all over the walls, and even the room they offered as an alternative had the same issue. I left immediately due to these conditions.”

Avoid staying here. The staff is friendly, but there was significant mold on the walls in both rooms. I requested a room change twice, but both had the same issue. I ended up checking out immediately.

Across from the Bull Ring - Loud Music
The hotel is centrically located in town and is very clean and modern. However, we came for business and the hotel is across from the old bull ring and the techno music kept us up until 4 a.m. Next day we told the manager we had to leave because of the noise. We had to get up every day at 7 a.m. to work and it was impossible. Management was very accommodating.

This property is falsly, advertised. It is a complete dump. Stains in the chairs, a/c didnt work in the 1st room, and extremely hot in the other room. You cant throw your tissue in the toilet or the room would get flooded. I had to leave this place and go find another hotel at the last minute, which cost me to spend extra money for the accommodations this facility was suppose to provide. I will not recommend tis place to anyone. Its filthy. The pictures are so deceiving. Expedia should not allow this facility to be listed on their website.

The entire staff was AMAZING. Everyone was very friendly, kind, and helpful always greeting us when we arrived and left for the day. We stayed for over a week and would stay again -we enjoyed having a kitchen area, the pool was cleaned daily, and just give a chill vibe.

Very nice property and amenities. We felt very safe with around the clock front desk concierge. The only thing is that it’s across from a club that plays super loud music until 5am. Enforcing quiet hours for the guests when the club isn’t open (which is only Monday and Tuesday) would be good. It would be nice if a few basic necessities were provided like salt, pepper, coffee maker, paper towels, extra bathroom tissue, etc.

It’s important to note that this property is Not a hotel as advertised. There’s nothing luxurious about this facility. The pictures on the listings are old and misrepresent the actual state of this place. They offer rental apartments which is highly misleading and do not offer the same services as a hotel. This info is not shared until time of check-in. No routine cleaning or linen change unless you pay a fee. The apartments are poorly maintained, water overflows from shower, you must place towels on the floor to soak the excess. During certain times of the day, we had no running water. When we ask for linen changes they never had enough for all their guests. The sheets we received were stained. The hotel is also close to a club that would play loud music all night from 8pm-5am, at least 5 days out of the week, making it difficult to sleep at night. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

If you don't mind getting much sleep, this is for you...because VERY LOUD music being played early evening to early in morning, from a pub, which is almost next to Seven Boutique (Thursday-Sunday usually). Also across street there is a club, plus restaurants which also have loud music. Also, they give you the minimum of supplies in suite, we had to ask for few items that should have been in suite. They are under new management, so hopefully they get some problems resolved. Personally, I would NEVER stay there again, mainly because of the noisy neighbours!

The staff was very helpfull and very pleasant. The place was clean and very nice. The only complaint is,the music across the street was SO VERY LOUD we did not get any sleep. The music finally stopped at 5:30 am...CRAZY!!

Upon checkin the property seems ok. Then you go to the room and find that pillows are gross, there is literally no blanket on either bed (just a “top sheet”), the raincan shower head is broken and sprays out the side and all over the bathroom. The primary bedroom window is broken and there is no safety lock on the door!! Oh and at 11:15 at night it was so noisy no one in the unit could even think of sleeping. We actually sent the front desk a message asking the people in the courtyard/pool area to please lower it down. Oh and all of loud motorcycles racing up and down the street all night, that i do realize is out of their control but its still a HUGE negative.

We were greeted by Ramiro Garcia when we arrived. He was an absolute gem. He spoke English and explained all we needed to know about Seven Boutique and that we had a complimentary cleaning service since we were staying for 7 days. His friendly demeanor was much appreciated after a 5 1/2 hour flight. Since we were traveling with our two kids he offered suggestions of activities. There was also another two desk employees that were super helpful with calling us taxis and providing detailed instructions on locations we wanted to see. The location is also prime being two blocks away from a huge mall with a grocery store in it. Just a short bus ride to the beach!

Go somewhere else if you want to sleep.
Where do I start, expidia they claimed over booked them so we had (2) sigle suites instead of a double with 3 kids. They didn't have one of our rooms ready unitl 5 pm. We were there for 2 nights never received towels for one room (they were out) and never received blankets for the same room. Also out, was going to grab some from vacant room but never did. There is a bar across the road on Friday and Saturdays you will not be able to sleep because the music is so load in the paper thin walls until 4 am when they shut down.

There were no blankets and they charged us for a sheet to cover the futon. The toilet broke and flooded the room the first night. They didn’t fix it properly after multiple tries, so we ended up using the toilets by the pool for the rest of our stay. The pool was down 4 flights of stairs.
